We're back for 2008!
Welcome to the home of Bramblebush. We are a musical group that performs at renaissance festivals.
Our mission is to entertain while being as original as possible in our music choices. You won't hear Tell Me Ma or
Wild Rover from us that often. We're a group
who loves to perform and entertain the audience. If you like renaissance festival music loaded with harmonies,
rhythm guitars and energetic percussion, you'll love us!
Bramblebush is:
- Alan Gramont: vocals, guitar, mandolin, percussion
- Becca Leathers: vocals, guitar, mandolin, recorder
- Deb Lundberg: vocals, recorder, percussion
- Graham Leathers: vocals, guitar, mandolin, percussion
We have a rich background in other musical bands and soloing, each bringing a unique flavor and
dimension to the performance. Though Bramblebush is our primary focus, some of us perform in other groups or
as soloists, which allow us to constantly rejuvenate the energy of the group by bringing in new
material and new ways of performing the old stuff.
We came together before the holidays of 2006, so we are very new! Our web site and our new CD Songs from the Glade are just
the start of great things to come. We are heading back into the studio
to start work on our second CD to be ready by next summer.
If you'd like to contact us, please feel free to send an email to either Deb, Becca, Graham or Alan.
We look forward to seeing you out at the faire!
Hazzah!
